Mash
That's great. How about a little detail?
MG Thermal Consulting
FLA is quite the hotbed! I know of a few looking to put rum distilleries there. Let me know if there is anything I can help you with on your cooling system. Regards, Mike Gronski 770-995-4066
Praxis
not much to say we are looking at doing 3 styles of rum to start. Joined this site to learn all I can about the legal aspects and distribution, which seems to be the biggest hurdles for me. I have a financial backer lined up that came on board after tasting some rum from a small shop in central america that was using my process ( 25gal pot, cane sugar/molasses wash, and a proprietary method of simulating aging ) We are planing to do about 5000 bottles a month. This may sound disjointed and odd but I am trying to type this and have a conversation with a really obnoxious client at my office.
