I own a brewery a couple miles from the site so my idea is to truck beer in and stillage out. doing this how much other waste/water can I expect to produce from a 100 gallon still? Thanks! captnKB Posted September 9, 2018 Share Posted September 9, 2018 doing a distillery on septic will be tough unless you are extremely conservative with you water use.
