Getting started, a building.

Looking at several locations for my new distillery and the best location has septic issues. I own a brewery a couple miles from the site so my idea is to truck beer in and stillage out. doing this how much other waste/water can I expect to produce from a 100 gallon still?

doing a distillery on septic will be tough unless you are extremely conservative with you water use. Your water usage is going to heavily depend on how you build out and your process flow.

Agree with captnKB.  Closed water system will help.  But there is the cleaning.  Septic systems rely on bugs that you can hurt by flushing cleaning/sanitizing chemicals down the drain.
