Russian plan to legitimize its troops at the Ukrainian Zaporozhye nuclear power plant failed

Kasyanov: The Kremlin is disposing of its prisoners and generals in Ukraine, we will defeat this army. Interview

The aggressor country Russia is fighting against Ukraine not using military science, the talent of generals and officers, which has long been gone, but throwing "cannon fodder" into battle and destroying cities by bombing. The Kremlin sends to the front everyone it can "mobilize", including prisoners, and "utilizes" them in this meat grinder. Such is the philosophy of this state, for which people are nothing.

Ukraine will win because our country simply has no other choice. The enemy must be beaten wherever he is, including Moscow, St. Petersburg, Belarus. This opinion was expressed in an exclusive interview with OBOZREVATEL by public activist and volunteer Yuri Kasyanov.

OBOZREVATEL question: The Institute for the Study of War has speculated about the Russian 64th Brigade, which committed atrocities in Bucha, that Putin could have sent them to a zone of active hostilities in order to simply destroy them and cover up the traces of crimes. If this is so, then the question arises: why, on the one hand, the enemy is ready to sacrifice his manpower, and on the other hand, is forced to send prisoners to the front, since this manpower is sorely lacking. How can this be explained?

- The whole philosophy of the Russian state, the Russian empire is based on the fact that a person as a person does not exist, unless it is a ruler. And all the other people are the same forest, the same chips that fly when they cut the forest.

If we turn to history, we will see that this philosophy was not born now, it has existed for many years. We know about mass repressions when no one was spared.

Of course, it is very convenient to dispose of the prisoners. It has always been in the Russian state. During the Second World War, prisoners and objectionables were sent to the front, thrown into penal battalions in order to be disposed of in this way.

So in the case of the 64th brigade - why not hide the traces of their crimes? Died in battle. They will be heroes posthumously, signs will be hung in schools, but it is no longer possible to ask them, they will not tell anything. This is quite logical.

Moreover, in Russian society this is treated with understanding. Heroism, "grandfathers fought." The main thing is to die for the fatherland. It's the most important. And how he died - due to the stupidity of the command, because they did not give weapons, or because he participated in the war of conquest - this is no longer important.

In Russian society, such a paradigm is being implanted that one must die.

OBOZREVATEL question: What do you think, what kind of warriors from the prisoners?

- There is an erroneous opinion, including among us, that, they say, fighters are those people who certainly know how to shoot accurately, run, jump, dig in, who know how to communicate with each other in sign language and warn of danger, who skillfully fighting and so on. That this is something like special forces.

But in fact, ordinary people are fighting on our side in the war: yesterday's students, managers, "office plankton", even pensioners. 90% is a completely different war. They need to sit in the trenches, hold the line. A projectile comes in and kills everyone, whether you're qualified or not.

Therefore, prisoners from the other side can also come in handy, especially if they are thrown to the front line. They do not require anything supernatural. They just need to try to knock out our troops, die for their homeland and become a "hero". Good recycling.

OBOZREVATEL question: Because of the explosions at the airbase in Crimea, the commander of the Black Sea Fleet was removed from his post. Earlier it became known that more than a third of Russian generals and officers are under investigation today. Is this good news for us? Is the Kremlin really dissatisfied with the "successes" of its army in Ukraine?

- This news is neither good nor bad, because in the Russian state a person is worth nothing if he is not a ruler. Therefore, there is not much difference whether this is a general, an ordinary mid-level officer or a criminal soldier. From the point of view of the Russian state, all this is expendable material.

Yes, they can be under investigation, they can be imprisoned, shot. We know that Stalin shot the command staff on the eve of World War II, in the early days he accused many of treason and cowardice and also shot them. But what did it change?

They fight not with talent, not with ingenious solutions. They don't have Mannerheims now, and they don't even have Suvorovs. They fight by force of resources, weapons. A lot of barrels, a lot of shells, a fire shaft, a human shaft, regular units, criminals, "Wagnerites", our own citizens "mobilized" in the "LDNR". This is the resource that they spend on the war to achieve the main goal - the capture of Ukraine. Nothing else matters. You can shoot a hundred generals, it won't change anything.
For us, this is neither a plus nor a minus. They fight differently.

OBOZREVATEL question: - Thus, the enemy relies on the shaft - we rely on modern weapons and the professionalism of the military. Whose position is more advantageous?

“Certainly we will win. We just don't have options. But about winning... I always say that we need to be a little more talented, smarter, be one step ahead of the enemy. Maybe not to cling to individual defensive points.

Our main task is to defeat the Russian army. We must prepare and conduct talented special operations, military operations. For example, in the Crimea there was a talented and boldly carried out operation. And you see the effect. Zyabrovka, Novofedorovka... We must be one step ahead everywhere.

We must beat the enemy wherever he is - in Moscow, in St. Petersburg, in Belarus, in the so-called Transnistria. Wherever there is an enemy, we must plan operations and destroy it. We need to defeat this army of orcs, only then will we win. There is no other way out.

Russia put forward an absurd condition for Ukraine: Russian invaders threaten to stop the work of the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant

In the sixth month of a full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the Russian military command is threatening to shut down Europe's largest Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP).

This was stated by the head of the radiation, chemical and biological protection troops of the Russian Armed Forces, Lieutenant-General Igor Kirillov, the Russian propaganda agency RIA Novosti reports.

"The issue of bringing power units 5 and 6 to the cold reserve may be considered, which will lead to the shutdown of the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant," the lieutenant general of the occupying army said.

Kirillov noted that the work of the Zaporizhzhya NPP would be stopped "if the negative development of the situation related to the shelling of the nuclear power plant by Ukraine continues."

According to preliminary estimates, 15 million people will need psychological support. Of these, approximately 3 million will still need the help of a psychiatrist or psychotherapist if support is not provided in time. If the situation worsens, medical treatment will also be required.

In this regard, Lyashko urged to get rid of the stigma regarding the word "psychologist" or consultations with a psychologist through a hotline.

“When we talk about a psychologist, for some reason many people have associations, probably from Soviet films about a psychiatric hospital with white coats and hands tied, barbed wire.
