Since June of this year, Germany has been blocking further deliveries of heavy weapons to Ukraine. The German Ministry of Defense holds regular meetings to discuss this issue. But they end with a zero result for the APU.

This information was shared by the German edition of Die Welt, citing sources in the Ukrainian government.

"According to the information, since June, the German Ministry of Defense has been holding summit meetings several times a month with regular intervals, in which [German Defense Minister] Christine Lambrecht also takes part," Die Welt said.

However, all discussions end in a negative result for the APU. Since June, Ukrainian diplomats have been meeting with their German counterparts and trying to get new commitments from the FRG to purchase heavy weapons for Ukraine. But the German side remains "deaf" to requests and uses "strange excuses".

According to the source, Ukraine is constantly asking to send new batches of Panzerhaubitze 2000 self-propelled artillery mounts and MARS II multiple launch rocket systems.

One of the fans brought the flag to the qualification match between the Russians Anna Kalinska and Anastasia Potapova. Russian tennis players who "out of politics" complained about the flag of Ukraine to the referee. After that, the judge began to demand... to remove the flag from the stands, threatening the cheerleader with the police...
The referee stated that the size of the flag violated the rules of the tournament because it was too large. The woman even thought about cutting the blue and yellow canvas to the right proportions, but in the end she agreed to take it to the car.

Let me remind you that Ukrainian tennis players have been unsuccessfully demanding from the world tennis associations ATP, WTA and ITF for six months to deprive Russian and Belarusian athletes of the right to participate in international competitions.  In the Volyn, Polis and Siver directions, the situation remains unchanged. On the latter, the enemy shelled the Tovstodubov, Shevchenkiv, and Zapsillia settlements of the Sumy region with barrel artillery.
In the Kharkiv direction, the enemy shelled the districts of Kharkiv, Svitlychny, Slatyny, Rusky Tyshki and twenty more settlements with barrel and rocket artillery. Used aviation for strikes near Verkhniy Saltov, Prishyb, Rubizhny and Odnorobivka.

Russia hits a train in the Dnepropetrovsk region, at least 15 people were killed

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky at a meeting of the UN Security Council announced a strike by Russian invaders on a railway station in the Dnipropetrovsk region and at least 15 people were killed.

This was stated in his speech at a meeting of the UN Security Council.

"Just as I was going to make this appeal, I received information that a Russian missile attack on the Dnepropetrovsk region, on the railway station, right on the cars at the Chaplino station - four passenger cars are now on fire. As of now, at least 15 people and about 50 "people are injured. Rescuers are working. But, unfortunately, the number of dead may still increase," Zelensky stressed.

He added that "this is how Russia prepared for this meeting of the UN Security Council."

Russian invaders fired on the previously agreed route of the IAEA mission to the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant

The Russian military is shelling a pre-agreed route for the IAEA mission from Zaporozhye to the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant.

This was announced by the chairman of the Zaporozhye regional military administration Oleksandr Starukh.

    "The Russian occupiers are shelling the pre-agreed route of the IAEA mission from Zaporozhye to the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant. The UN advanced group cannot continue moving for security reasons," he said.

Oleksandr Starukh noted that Ukraine continues to make efforts to organize safe access for the IAEA international mission to the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant.

"We demand from the Russian Federation to stop provocations and provide the IAEA with unhindered access to the Ukrainian nuclear facility," Oleksandr Starukh added.

As previously reported, at the invitation of the government of Ukraine, the IAEA formed a mission to visit the temporarily occupied Zaporozhye nuclear power plant. It included 14 international experts.

The mission is led by IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi.

The mission will focus on three objectives: physical protection; nuclear safety; guarantees of non-proliferation of nuclear materials.

Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak said that Russia is trying to disrupt the visit of the IAEA mission to the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant by simulating military operations in Energodar and shelling the area near the nuclear power plant.

At the same time, Yermak stressed that "these are precisely Russian provocations."

Reference: Russian invaders seized the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant and the satellite town of Energodar on March 4. Since then, Russia has rejected the proposal to create a demilitarized zone around the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant. Since the beginning of August, the occupiers have been periodically shelling the nuclear power plant and the area around it.

Ukrainian Intelligence revealed the details of the shelling of Energodar: a group of attack helicopters of the Russian Federation "worked"

A mortar strike was inflicted in the immediate vicinity of the territory of the Zaporizhzhya Nuclear Power Plant and nuclear reactors.
The city of Energodar was attacked by Russian helicopters.

Today, September 1, a group of Russian attack helicopters K-52 "worked" over the city of Energodar, which attacked peaceful residential areas of the city.

This was reported by the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

Intelligence officials recalled that on the morning of September 1, Energodar, a satellite city of the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant, was shelled by the occupying forces.

"A group of Russian attack helicopters K-52 "worked" over the city, which attacked residential areas. A mortar attack was carried out in close proximity to the territory of the Zaporizhzhya Nuclear Power Plant and nuclear reactors. Today, the mission of the International Atomic Energy Agency is to begin at the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant led by Chairman Rafael Grossi. The morning shelling is part of a plan to provoke the mission, aimed at creating the picture the Kremlin needs. The Russian occupiers will traditionally try to accuse the Armed Forces of Ukraine of shelling the station and civilians," the intelligence agency stressed.

Recall that on September 1 at 4:57 Russian invaders fired mortars at the site of the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant, the emergency protection worked, and the 5th power unit was turned off.

Earlier, the mayor of Energodar, Dmitry Orlov, said that mortar shelling in the city had not stopped since 5 am on the 1st. According to him, automatic bursts were also heard.

The mission of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) went to the Zaporizhzhya Nuclear Power Plant, despite reports that the invaders began intensive shelling of Energodar.

In the Slavyansk direction, he carried out shelling with the use of tanks, barrel artillery and rocket salvo fire systems in the areas of Krasnopilly, Virnopilly, and Hrushuvakh settlements. Conducted aerial reconnaissance using UAVs.
In the Donetsk direction, the enemy continues to conduct active combat operations, concentrating the main efforts on the Bakhmut and Avdiiv directions. Exercises fire influence and tries to improve the tactical position, actively conducts air reconnaissance.

Fired objects of civil and military infrastructure in the areas of settlements of Stepova Dolyna, Novomykolaivka, Stepove, Partyzanske, Andriivka, Myrne, Prybuzke, Mykolaivka, Zorya, Luch, Ivanivka, Knyazunka. For the purpose of conducting aerial reconnaissance, the UAV was actively used in the indicated direction. The enemy is trying to restore the logistical support of his troops.
