spiritedPDX
Anyone else graduate from a gravity fill to automated mono-block filler/capper? I use screw caps and bar tops which are both applied singularly with an ROPP capper. I also use a 6 spout gravity filler. Any recommendations for a manufacturer? I've contacted Borelli and Arol with no luck on an 'inbetween' system. 9,000 BPH is extreme and expensive, but 500 is not enough. Any leads are useful; thanks friends! Tom Lenerz
Check with FOGG or GAI. GAI is sold by Prospero, We have a GAI doing 3,000 bph.

Max Action
There doesn't seem to be a good "in between" option with automated systems. It seems like a choice between a $5K manual operation or $100K+ automated. I think a packaging supplier could do well with an entry level system in the $30-60K price range. Of course there is always used equipment, if you're willing to be patient for one with the right specs.
spiritedPDX
Right on - I wish there were more domestic suppliers. Borelli routed my to Vintners Vault who then routed my back to Borelli. 120 day lead on a small unit. YAY!
Dehner Distillery
I find a lot of the semi auto equipment can be made into full automation very easily. That is what I do with some of my equipment.
