Looking to create a water reservoir to feed my condenser. My plan was to recycle water from a 270 gallon tote. I need something to cool the water and try to keep it at constant temperature when it hits the condenser. Any specific recommendations on the type/brand/model device would be appreciated.

I am completing my DSP application and in anticipating of approval in the next few months. I am looking for a certified/calibrated hydrometer and thermometer, as well as a proofing vessel. ( i was told to try to find one with a sight glass) Any leads would be appreciated. phil@frankfortspirits.com

Steve, its been several months since I first contacted you but I just learned today the county has provided a clear path to getting through building, zoning, health and public safety. I'm extremely interested in the 60 gallon basic system. Confirming whether the system as priced above remains available and am inquiring what the delivery time would be. The county/fire chief has required that we provide the specs of the system we intend to you use. I've been to your website but havent been able to locate specs. Is this something you can provide? Do you have any other "literature" on system. I'll be the first distiller in my county and as you may expect I have to do a lot of educating. I'm also interested in pricing and greater detail on the non-standard accessories you list.

Looks great. I've been following your posts for a year. Waiting on county zoning and things look promising. Hope to be in a position to order soon.

I am meeting with local officials about zoning for my micro distillery. The passage of a micro or craft distillery law is relatively recent in Illinois. Most zoning ordinances dont account for the changes. Does anyone have any sample language that I would like to share?
