  2. They are all made in China by the same people. So of course they look the same.
  3. Race Labeler! They are the best. Even though I'm a distributor for them and selling them I'm not just saying that they really are the best. Joe Dehner 515-559-4879

  5. I just wanted to let everybody know that I recently purchased a CCR engineering bar top installer. I got the optional cork vibrator to help the court slide down the ramp. This really only as needed if you get full rubberized corks. The ones I was using were a good solid TAPI wood cork. I could not even imagine installing these corks by hand or with a mallet. I bought this machine for contract bottling job where we had to do three pallets all at once. And this installer was unbelievably awesome. The folks at CCR were super nice, and very very helpful to me. I would highly recommend them for any of their machines that they sell. There are extremely well-built and heavy duty. I understand some people may think that something like this is unnecessary or maybe even expensive, but when you really think about it if they can make you far superior in speed and consistent in applying the cork, it is well worth it and a timesaver for sure. It's not hard to make your money your money back on this device. Joe Dehner 515-559-4879

  9. You're not going to use the copper coated mig wire are you? Once the fin layer copper wears off there is a solid steel core underneath. That will rust. Stainless or solid copper will be the best.
  10. Thanks DarkWater! I just wanted to say again that we are expanding our bottling line. Please check us out for all your contract bottling or private needs!!
  11. I am putting in a concrete trench drain. Drains.......get one!
  12. May we always be in good spirits! Jim, You know I love ya. I agree with you Jim. To totally different animals. What you are working on is cool. Congrats.
  13. I forgot to add that the systems I run are all Electric immersion powered, one of them has the oil bath heat exchanger. If you had a steam boiler of just about any size preferably at least 5 hp or 10 hp you could easily strip 4-7 gallons a minute or more. Given you were able to have some of the other variables. Like ceiling height and column diameter.
  14. Berry Plastics with cap is about .12 each
  15. o, forgot to say the stainless shaft is sold in 10' long bars so you can make several shaft out of one bar.
  16. You can save a ton of money if you.... 1. buy a stainless shaft (round bar) $30 2. shaft coupler.......$4.50 3. 2x stainless prop 5" $35 each $70 total (mixer direct) 4. depending on thickness about 1hp with mount $125 (ebay) total $229.50 Thats what I did, it works get!
  17. Hello folks, if you are going to make a continuous STRIPPING still I will show you how. I can show you how to run thick mash in it if you want. Depending on the size of unit and style you want to make you can easily strip about .20 gpm- 1.5gpm. This is a massive amount that helps you break down the mash in to a smaller amount that you can very easily put in to your spirt still. You can make a continuous still fit in the plan of your hand or as tall as the sky. Mine that I have will strip at a rate of about 1.4-1.5 gpm. It uses an oil bath boiler running at 450-500f, and uses about 80 amps , 240v single phase. A small still that will strip at a rate of .25-.50 gpm can be built for under $600. I will put up pics, and a video.
  18. Please Mr. Jheising, I will have this conversation. When you are talking about s STRIPPING still any one can build one. Is not a blanket statement. I does not take much to build one of these things. And you know that also. It is just you are going to try to sell these. I don't want you to lose sales, so...... I am not going to bother you about this....
