Tool used to reduce splash when dumping a barrel???

I'm looking to buy that stainless tool that is put into the bung hole and is used to reduce the splash when dumping a barrel. I have no idea what the tool is called. I want to purchase one.

The folks at TCW equipment can fix you up with some breather tubes for dumping barrels

Or find a local stainless fabricator (your going to need one anyway) and pay him half what it will cost to buy one to just bend a piece of tubing.
