Major hurdle over come today

The major hurdle of getting the distillery/brewery zoning added to the current zoning is DONE!! I can now sign the offer to buy building papers. look into bonding so many thing to do that have been on hold for eight month. I am happy and slowly getting a logged jam in my head on all the things to do that have been waiting for this day. Time was not wasted. Got my all copper 60gal still 95% done along with fermenting tanks and may other odd and ends. It is really going to happen. :D

YaHOOOO. I'm still waiting on a variance so I can move a still to my downtown store, then I can retail my own products. But we carry on.

Tomorrow I find out if my offer on the land and building get accepted if so equipment setup and bonding is next. If not sign a lease and move in. Either way hope to have the DSP application in by the end of October.
