Scrounge
Can anybody recommend a continuous duty pump for the dephleg and condenser water. One pump for both, or separate pumps each? I have a 100g still, and am gonna run a closed loop system from a 3000g tank. Thanks anybody for some thoughts.
MG Thermal Consulting
Depends on the flow of water you need, maybe 5-15 GPM and whatever pressure drop is through piping an def, somewhere around 35 Psig oughta do it. I'd get a TEFC motor on it.

Skaalvenn
FYI I'd personally hook up a temperature probe and alarm to the end of the condenser or parrot in case you have a pump failure and are producing alcohol vapor. We had a temp probe installed on our still just after the condenser just for this because all pumps eventually fail.
