ISO: Triclamp hook

Anyone know of a triclamp fitting that has a centered eye hook?  I'd like to use a winch to lift equipment.

My still maker made me one so that I can use my crane to lift the copper head off my still.  I highly recommend something like this!

Thanks for the offers to make a custom one, but I think the path of least resistance is to drill a hole in an end cap and put a bolt through it as Huffy2k did.
