Just fill them out, there is going to be plenty of road blocks that will be a lot harder to solve than this one. It takes about 10 minutes to do it and unless they have something to hide its no big deal.
What about filters prior to bottling?
Iv been looking at some from Millipore and they are a pretty penny.
Has anyone had any luck with other more affordable sources? Maybe a converted in line water filter?
any one use this hose?

looks like the lining is White FFDA butyl and according to this chart http://www.customadvanced.com/chemical-resistance-chart.html should be good to go unless im missing something
So if im understanding this right, the oil can come over in the beginning and the end of the run? Mostly Citrus in the front and Juniper at the end?
Does Vapor infusion impart less oil into the run? VS a maceration?
I guess if you got audited you could have the TTB agent who comes use your calibrated hydrometer and do a reading and then send it in for a test and hopefully their reading would be off the same as yours are.
Your tool would still be off but at least it might prove your not intentionally doing it.
Yeah i get using someone certified, its just if they are off then you are off, and when the TTb comes knocking at your door because you are off what good does a certificate that says its accurate do for you? You are still off in the end.
