The leadership of the occupiers moves with a lot of security, in bulletproof vests, in armored vehicles. Locals continue to put up total resistance. The situation in the Bessarabian direction, as well as in the Black Sea and Azov maritime operational zones has not changed significantly. "100 days of a full-scale invasion after 2926 days of war. We count everyone. We are strong and we will stand, there is no doubt about it. There has been a war in the east for 8 years. Ukraine has been inoculated with war during this time. Gained experience, got rid of illusions and prepared for any development events. That is why the Armed Forces of Ukraine did not allow the Russians to seize our capital and are now counterattacking, gradually liberating Ukrainian territories from the Russians," Yermak said.

The head of the Presidential Office stressed that the war will continue "until we return everything that belongs to Ukraine." Thanks to the unification of Ukraine with international partners, the Armed Forces of Ukraine receive a lot of weapons, and Russia gets tougher sanctions every time. Yermak noted that in this war we have lost and continue to lose our people, but all those responsible will be punished.

At the same time, he announced that the war was entering a new phase.

"A new phase of the war is beginning. The enemy is trying to change tactics both on the battlefield and on the diplomatic and economic fronts. We are also changing ours, mobilizing. Russia is hoping for a protracted war, and is thinking of defeating us at the expense of its own resources and the number of people. But here it will be the same as with the "taking Kyiv in three days" plan in February - they will not succeed. We will continue to insist on a complete energy embargo to squeeze their economy.

And we will insist on the weapons that we need to liberate territories," Yermak said. Yermak added that today the motivation of every Ukrainian is very important, because it will help to win.

"Our goal is the clear sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine. We must rebuild the country and create a completely new history together. The Russians are planning a global food and energy crisis. Together with our allies, we are making every effort to derail this scenario. The aggressor continues to launch missile and air strikes on military and civilian infrastructure in our country, in particular in Kyiv.
The threat of missile and air strikes from the territory of Belarus persists in the Volyn and Polissya areas. Until June 11, 2022, the terms of the combat readiness check of the armed forces of the Republic of Belarus have been extended. M109A3 self-propelled howitzers, provided as part of Norway's international technical assistance, are already at the frontline, hitting targets with high accuracy and destroying the enemy.

As my artillerymen note, the key difference between these guns against soviet models is that they are made for people. Despite the fact that these self-propelled howitzers were manufactured in the 1960s and 1970s, they already have a steering wheel instead of levers, and instead of a mechanical gearbox - the automatic one. For the wintertime, when the hull icing is possible, the designers rubbed it lightly so that the crew did not slip. Soldiers rejoiced even with such simple elements as baskets for personal belongings welded on the edges of the turret.

In terms of technical characteristics, M109A3 howitzers have a larger caliber and more powerful ammunition compared to Soviet alternatives. The firing range is up to 22 km. But in the future, we can use active rocket projectiles that will increase this range. Experienced artillerymen also note the convenience of propellant charges that are sealed and absolutely identical, which affects the accuracy of fire.
