We just sold 4 of our 2,500 gallon systems complete with mash tuns fermenters, receiving tanks, proofing tanks, pumps and a steam boiler to fire everything.  The 4 stills will produce 300 gallons of white dog per hour.  The price for everything, stills fermenters, mash tuns, steam boiler etc was only $1,350,000 for the complete set up.   I will post pics as soon as we get everything built.

That's great Doc!  We are here to help you with any set up and operation questions, whenever you are ready.

The ship is being unloaded as we speak. Hopefully our container will be here tomorrow. Can't wait to get started.

Below are some three dimensional drawings of one of our 2500 gallon systems complete with still, mash tun and fermenters.  This still will put out 75 gallons of white dog per hour.  We have sold several of these 2500 gallon systems with the oldest being in operation for over 3 years now.  This customer ordered four complete systems that will put out over 300 gallons of white dog per hour.  Pics of the completed systems coming in January.

What are those three extra things on the right in that 16-plate still where the condenser usually is?

Gin basket - condenser with collection tank below? - tank for collecting heads.
 Would be my guess anyway

Whiskey Tango has it right.  Gin basket, Condenser on hearts collection tank and two compartment tank for heads and tails.

So if I wanted to add a gin basket to mine, that's something you could fabricate to add on? I'm not much into gin (anymore) but all of my potential customers are asking about it.

Yes, we can certainly fabricate a gin basket for your still.   Macerating the botanicals and putting them in the still pot will also work.

I'm hesitant to even get into gin. Seems like more trouble that it's worth. With the clients we have lined up already, I think we'll be near capacity for this still with just the vodka and the cachaça, plus I'm still hoping to make at least a few barrels of corn whisky since it's the only other thing that grows here.

We'll see once everything is moving. The floor has been poured and dried and the plumbing and electrics are being installed. Hopefully I'll start putting the still together this weekend. Been staring at these crates for far too long.

Don't worry about needing a gin basket for gin, you can do a boiler charge gin very easily. If you need help with getting a recipe going feel free to reach out. I have helped a number of distilleries develop award-winning gins with their own native botanicals.

If you want to add a gin basket later for some more "delicate" botanicals it should be easy to do so.

Thanks. I may reach out when I get that far down the road. Gotta get these first two products ready for prime time first.
