    Hi All, Does anyone know of a good source for a hammer mill with a blower that we can hook up directly to our mash tun at a reasonable price? We currently use corn, wheat, barley, and rye. I think I'm looking for something in the neighborhood of 2,000 lb/hr. Any suggestions? Thanks, Adam

    I have 2 used Armstrong water pumps for sale. $100 each OR BEST OFFER. They were used in a hot water process in an industrial plant and all worked perfectly when removed last year. Pump heads are carbon steel and are Armstrong model 4270-06. Motors are Baldor .33HP 115/230 Volt single phase. Pumps sat under a barn lean to and will need to be pulled apart and cleaned up but should work perfectly fine. I am using 3 just like these in my operation.     I have a 25 ton air cooled chiller for sale. I purchased 2 and am only using one.     I have 4 Spirax Sarco steam pumps, one of which is pictured below. These were pulled out of a plant in the KC area and were working perfectly when removed. I no longer need them for the project I was working on. Asking $250 each.

    HedgeBird, Here is the pump we use....it's a cheap one from harbor freight so we bought the 2 year warranty. We have 2, 1,500 gallon tanks buried outside for our closed loop cooling system and this is what we use to push water through our mash tun and fermenters. http://www.harborfreight.com/1-hp-shallow-well-pump-with-stainless-steel-housing-920-gph-69302.html The reason we opted for this one is because it already has a (very small) pressure tank built in.     It's just a 1.5" Husky. It does great, even when we mash 3lbs:1gal....just takes a little love with the garden hose sometimes!
